“I have been an owner at Heavenly Valley Townhouses since 1984. My brother and I went in together as tenants in common. When I was married in 1985 and he remarried in 1987, we decided that I would buy him out, since it would be easier for vacation planning. My wife and I spent the first couple of years Skiing at Heavenly and other Ski Resorts, as well as visiting the Casino’s and enjoying the nightlife at South Lake Tahoe. When our first daughter was born in 1991, we continued to enjoy our Timeshare, but in a different way. We relaxed in our condominium, with lots of Disney Videos, and home cooked meals. What a treasure HVTA has in all it’s amenities. The kitchen being fully stocked, with everything that you need to cook with and Raley’s and Safeways just a short drive away. As my daughter grew older, we enrolled her in Ski School and Snow Boarding and eventually started bringing her friends up with us on vacations. When our second daughter was born in 2001, we continued as a family of four to vacation in Tahoe and looked forward to our relaxing South Lake Tahoe getaway. My oldest daughter got married in 2010, so my younger daughter now brings her best friend with us on vacation. Heavenly Valley Townhouses has continued to be our home away from home and a welcome place to get grounded and re-energized from the hustle, bustle and daily grind from working in the Bay Area. We hope to not only use our spring break week to go Skiing, but also, the big owner’s advantage of using Bonus Time, for additional Ski weekends, since this coming year we bought 3 Epic Season Ski Passes, good at Heavenly and 2 other Ski Resorts. There is nothing better than a great days skiing, then coming back to HVTA and soaking our sorer muscles in the hot tub and catching snow flakes on our tongues, when it is snowing!!!”
